At Human Approach Risk Management, We believe that the philosophy of a sensible human approach to managing health and safety risk is of paramount importance. If the risk management systems fail, at best a Human Being is hurt, at worst they die. To lose focus of this fact means we let people down, this is something HARM Health & Safety Consultants are not prepared to do!

Human Approach Risk Management are acutely aware that one of the biggest influences on health and safety for our clients will be a financial one. That is why we aim to provide the highest quality of service at the lowest possible cost. Our Senior Safety Director, Andy Ridings CMIOSH, MIIRSM has over twenty five years experience of working in various business environments, with the last twenty years in safety management positions. He is a member of both of the UK's foremost health and safety institutes and has developed a competency/skill base, covering areas as diverse as manual handling training to asbestos surveying.

Human Approach Risk Management have experience of the health and safety needs and procedures required in the agricultural and forestry sector, as well as experienced consultants in safety issues relating to the engineering, commercial, quarrying, petrochemical industries and off-shore industries. We also have ex-Ambulance Service Paramedics, specialising in first aid training and driving technique training, such as wheelchair and disabled passenger driving awareness and progressive / defensive driving.
